NOTICE TO BIDDERS
PROPOSAL DOCUMENT NO. 2022-05 may be obtained from the Office of the Purchasing Division, Department of Finance and Administration, Oahu Transit Services, Inc., 811 Middle Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96819-2316, Building C, Mezzanine Floor, for the FURNISHING AND DELIVERY OF AUTOMOTIVE PARTS FOR PARATRANSIT VANS to Oahu Transit Services, Inc., for a Twenty-Four (24) Month Period, beginning April 1, 2022 and ending March 31, 2024, City and County of Honolulu, Honolulu, Hawaii.
Forms of proposal, Federal Transit Authority (FTA) Mandatory Clauses, Exhibits and Certifications as specified in Section 15 of the Special Provisions, except as otherwise specified, must be received by December 17, 2021 in the Office of the Division of Purchasing, Building C, Mezzanine Level, Department of Finance and Administration, Oahu Transit Services, Inc., 811 Middle Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96819.
Effective January 3, 2022 bidders will have access to the on-line bidding, provided that the properly filed documents have been filed and received by the Office of the Division of Purchasing and a password has been assigned.
Bid prices must be submitted on-line by the bid prices submittal closing date of February 11, 2022 (MIDNIGHT, HST).
