LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE RULES & REGULATIONS OF THE LIQUOR CONTROL COMMISSION OF THE COUNTY OF KAUAI, STATE OF HAWAII Pursuant to law, notice is hereby given that the Liquor Control Commission of the County of Kauai, State of Hawaii, will hold a public hearing at 4:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter on Thursday, December 9th, 2021, via Microsoft Teams conferencing for the purpose of hearing all persons interested in the proposed amendments to the Rules & Regulations of the Kauai Liquor Control Commission. The proposed amendments involve generally the subjects of penalties, violations, digital signatures and electronic filing, trade names, use of assessed penalties, manager cards, and required reports.
