NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Chapter 91, Hawaii Revised Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation (HHFDC), Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism, State of Hawaii, will hold a public hearing on Friday, December 3, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the HHFDC Boardroom,
677 Queen Street, Suite 300, Honolulu, Hawaii, on amendments to and compilation of Chapter 15-311, "Rental Housing Trust Fund Program," Chapter 15-312, "Hula Mae Multi-Family Rental Housing Program", and Chapter 15-313 "Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program," Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR). All are invited to state their views on the proposed rule amendments orally or in writing. Written testimony on these proposed rulemaking actions will be accepted through December 3, 2021 at the following address: HHFDC, Attention: Mavis Masaki,

Amendments to Chapter 15-311, HAR, include increasing program application and loan origination fees, adding a new extension and modification fee, and other conforming, housekeeping, and technical amendments. Amendments to Chapter 15-312, HAR, include increasing program application and administrative fees, adding a new extension and modification fee, and other conforming, housekeeping, and technical amendments. Amendments to Chapter 15-313, HAR, include increasing the program application fee, adding a new extension and modification fee, and other conforming, housekeeping, and technical amendments.
