The following Ordinances passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on September 8, 2021 and were subsequently approved by the Mayor:

Ordinance 21-28 [BILL 2 (2021), CD1] – Relating to amending Chapter 14 of the Revised Ordinance of Honolulu 1990, as amended, relating to the public works infrastructure requirements including fees and services by amending articles 1 and 5 relating to public sewers.

Ordinance 21-29 [Bill 17 (2021), CD1] – Relating to the Housing Code.

Ordinance 21-30 [Bill 32 (2021), CD1] – Relating to nonconforming uses.

Ordinance 21-31 [Bill 33 (2021), CD1] – Relating to the adoption of the 2018 State Fire Code.
