NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED LAND USE WITHIN THE
CONSERVATION DISTRICT

The Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR), State of Hawaii, pursuant to Section 13-5-40, Hawaii Administrative Rules, will hold a public hearing via Webinar on:

To receive testimony on Conservation District Use Application (CDUA) OA-3879 for the Verizon Wireless Lanikai Telecom project located in Por. Lanikai Beach Tract, Kailua, Koolaupoko, O’ahu Tax Map Keys: (1) 4-3-005:068 and 4-3-005:070. A copy of the CDUA is available for inspection on the Office of Conservation and Coastal Lands’ website, https://dlnr.hawaii.gov/occl/current-applications/ .

Any person may testify or present information on the application. There are 2 ways to participate: online via internet and by written testimony. Online: Persons can present live oral testimony and pose questions via internet during the online public hearing. To participate you will need a computer with internet access and microphone. Written testimony: Persons can mail, or email written testimony by October 28, 2021, to the Office of Conservation and Coastal Lands (OCCL),
