LEGAL NOTICE State of Hawaii, Labor and Industrial Relations Appeals Board; Daniel F. Huber v. Living Stones Church, et al.; AB 2017-072(WH); TO DANIEL F. HUBER or A COURT-APPOINTED REPRESENTATIVE OR SPECIAL ADMINISTRATOR OF THE ESTATE OF DANIEL F. HUBER, or legal counsel thereof: This provides notice, pursuant to Sections 91-9 and 91-9.5, Hawaii Revised Statutes, that a hearing on Employer’s Motion to Dismiss is scheduled to be heard on January 13, 2022 at 9:00 a.m.. HST, and, if the appeal is not dismissed, a trial de novo is scheduled to be heard on September 12, 2022 at 9:00 a.m., via interactive conference technology, in this workers’ compensation claim of Daniel F. Huber. This appeal involves Chapter 386, HRS and Title 12, Subtitle 7, Chapter 47, Hawaii Administrative Rules. The sole issue is whether Claimant’s right to claim compensation should be suspended, pursuant to Section 386-79, HRS.
