The Agency has received a request for a public information meeting on the following certificate of need application: #21-08A for administrative review from Lihue Dialysis Hawaii, LLC for the establishment of chronic renal dialysis services at 4303 Nawiliwili Road, Unit J1A, Lihue, HI, at a capital cost of $9,733,213.25.
