YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Defendant City and County of Honolulu (the “City”) has filed a Cross-Claim Against Defendants ODELIO BAGUIO GARCIA; etc.; Exhibit A; Summons filed herein on March 21, 2019 in Civil No. 19-1-0321-02 JHC on the foreclosure and sale of real property 91-1106 Hapua Street, Ewa Beach, Hawaii 96706, TMK No. (1) 9-1-095-156 to pay the total amount due to Defendant City under the Shared Appreciation Equity provisions of the Deed which is more particularly described in the Cross-Claim filed heretofore and by reference made a part hereof.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Jeannette H. Castagnetti, at Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, on Tuesday, the 31st day of August, 2021, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., of said day or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Lynn Y. Wakatsuki, Deputy Corporation Counsel, Defendant City’s attorney, whose address is 530 South King Street, Room 110, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Cross-Claim.
