This provides notice, pursuant to Sections 91-9 and 91-9.5, Hawaii Revised Statutes, that a hearing is scheduled to be held on December 6, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. HST, via interactive conference technology, in this workers’ compensation claim of Barbara F. Cambra, believed to be deceased. This appeal involves Chapter 386, HRS and Title 12, Subtitle 7, Chapter 47, Hawaii Administrative Rules. The sole issue is whether Maui Pineapple/John Mullen is liable for Seabury Hall/Hawaii Insurance Guaranty Association’s fees and costs pursuant to Section 386- 93(a), HRS.
