The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) is seeking Statements of Qualifications for the Honolulu Rail Transit Project’s General Engineering Consultant IV (GEC4) Contract.

Statements of Qualifications in response to this Request for Qualifications are due no later then 2:00 p.m. HST, August 6, 2021 at the HART Project Office, 1099 Alakea Street, Suite 1700, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
