The COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF HONOLULU at its meeting held on July 7, 2021, passed the following bills on Second Reading by the votes indicated:

Bill 2 (2021), CD1 – Relating to amending Chapter 14 of the Revised Ordinances of Honolulu 1990, as amended, relating to the public works infrastructure requirements including fees and services by amending Articles 1 and 5 relating to public sewers.

Bill 27 (2021) – Relating to special management area use permits.
