ADOPTION OF AMENDMENTS TO SECTION 8 HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER EMERGENCY ADMINISTRATIVE RULES RELATING TO THE COVID-19 EMERGENCY BY THE HAWAII PUBLIC HOUSING AUHORITY Pursuant to sections 91-3 and 91-4, Hawaii Revised Statutes, the Hawaii Public Housing Authority (HPHA) hereby provides notice that it adopted amendments to the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Emergency Rules Relating to the COVID-19 Emergency on June 9, 2021 as follows: Extended Housing Assistance Payment contract rules; and, established over occupancy rules which allow for the addition of household members. These amended Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Emergency Rules Relating to the COVID-19 Emergency were filed with the Lieutenant Governor on June 28, 2021 and are effective until September 4, 2021. The full text of these rules has been continuously posted and will continue to be posted on the HPHA’s website under Reference Information (www.hpha.hawaii.gov).
