Allows a five-year time extension to Condition D (Time to Complete Construction). Bill 36: Amends Ordinance No. 723 Which Reclassified Lands from Single Family Residential (RS-10) to Neighborhood Commercial (CN-10) at Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawai’i, Covered by TMK: 2-2-041:Portion of 75 (Applicant: Kelly Kagimoto) (Area: 9,425 square feet). Repeals all conditions of approval while retaining the Neighborhood Commercial district classification to allow for the development of a retail building. Appropriates revenues in the Federal Grants 2020 Emergency Management Performance Grant Program COVID-19 Supplemental account ($50,000); and appropriates the same to the 2020 Emergency Management Performance Grant Program COVID-19 Supplemental account. Appropriates revenues in the Federal Emergency Rent Assistance 2 COVID-19 account ($12,000,000); and appropriates the same to the Emergency Rent Assistance 2 COVID-19 account ($10,500,000) and the Emergency Rent Assistance 2 Administration COVID-19 account ($1,500,000).
