PUBLIC NOTICE
INTENTION TO DISPOSE
Pursuant to Chapters 171 – 16(d) and 171-53(b), Hawaii Revised Statutes, the Board of Land and Natural Resources hereby gives notice of its intent to dispose of reclaimed lands located at Kamaole, Kula, Maui, directly to the abutting private land owner without recourse to public auction. The disposition will be in the form of a 55-year, non-exclusive easement to the Association of Apartment Owners of Hale Pau Hana for landscaping and maintenance purposes.
