The Agency has received a request for a public information meeting on the following certificate of need application: #21-07A from Drug, Alcohol, Mental Health Counseling & Evaluation Services, Inc. for the establishment of a 20 bed Special Treatment Facility at 84-1170 Farrington Highway, Unit 4B, Waianae, HI, at a capital cost of $326,780.
