YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the City and County of Honolulu, Plaintiff, has commenced an action in Civil No. 1CCV-20-0001553 (BIA) for the taking of real property described as Parcels 1-A and 1-B (TMK: 3-4-030-012), for a public use being: the Kuahea Street Area Emergency Repairs, situate at Waiomao, Palolo Valley, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii. The aforesaid real property is more particularly described in Exhibit 1 attached to the Complaint filed heretofore and by reference made a part hereof.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Bert I. Ayabe, Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, on Tuesday, the 15th day of June, 2021, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., of said day or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Duane W. H. Pang and Rozelle A. Agag, Deputies Corporation Counsel, Plaintiff’s attorneys, whose address is 530 South King Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
