The following Ordinances passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on April 14, 2021 and were subsequently approved by the Mayor:

Ordinance 21-11 [BILL 88 (2020), CD2] – To adopt the Revised East Honolulu Sustainable Communities Plan for the City and County of Honolulu.
9 AYES: Cordero, Elefante, Fukunaga, Kia’aina, Say, Tsuneyoshi, Tulba, Tupola, Waters.

Ordinance 21-12 [Bill 1 (2021), CD1, FD1] – Relating to grants incentivizing the construction of affordable rental housing.
9 AYES: Cordero, Elefante, Fukunaga, Kia’aina, Say, Tsuneyoshi, Tulba, Tupola, Waters.
