(KEO) is seeking a civil engineering firm licensed in the State of Hawai’i to provide services at 2804 Wehe Road, Lihu’e, Hawai’i 96766. KEO will receive a Request for Qualification (RFQ) for civil engineering services for the wastewater line extension project at the emergency homeless shelter. The project is federally funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development through the Community Development Block Grant Program.
