The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) is seeking construction for the Honolulu Rail Transit Project’s Left-Turn into Kuala Street Contract.
Sealed bids will be accepted up to 2:00 p.m., Hawai’i Standard Time (HST), on May 31, 2021, addressed or hand-delivered to the offices of the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART), 1099 Alakea Street, Suite 1700, Honolulu, Hawai’i, 96813, Attn: Procurement Division. Bids will be posted online by 4:00 p.m., Hawai’i Standard Time (HST), on May 31, 2021.
