HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS (HOME) PROGRAM

Pursuant to the City and County of Honolulu’s (City) Citizen Participation Plan, the proposed amendments to the City’s Twenty-Third (23rd), Twenty-Fourth (24th), and Twenty-Fifth (25th) Year Action Plans are provided for your information. The City desires to reprogram Fiscal Year 2018, Fiscal Year 2019, and Fiscal Year 2020 funds to projects that can utilize the funds immediately in order to achieve HOME goals more efficiently and expediently. The proposed revisions to the Fiscal Year 2018, Fiscal Year 2019, and Fiscal Year 2020 HOME projects are provided for your information and use.

Fiscal Year 2018 (Twenty-Third (23rd) Action Plan)

Hawaiian Community Development Board – Hale Makana o Uluwehi
Project Description: Grant funds for renovation and rehabilitation of 40 apartment dwelling units. HOME funds will be utilized to acquire, rehabilitate, or construct improved or unimproved real property eligible under 24 CFR §92.206.
