The COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF HONOLULU at its meeting held on March 17, 2021, passed the following bills on Second Reading by the votes indicated:

Bill 1 (2021), CD1 – Relating to grants incentivizing the construction of affordable rental housing.
9 AYES: Cordero, Elefante, Fukunaga, Kia’aina, Say, Tsuneyoshi, Tulba, Tupola, Waters.

Bill 4 (2021), CD1 – Relating to fire safety.
