The following Ordinance passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on February 17, 2021 and was subsequently approved by the Mayor:

Ordinance 21-5 [Bill 95 (2020)] – To rezone land situated at Wailupe, Oahu, Hawaii.
AYES: Cordero, Elefante, Fukunaga, Kia’aina, Say, Tulba, Tupola, Waters – 8.
ABSENT: Tsuneyoshi – 1.
