NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF FUNDING AWARDS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2020-2021 (Project Period: April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022) PROPOSALS must be received on or before Thursday, 4:30 p.m. HST, January 19, 2021, in the Amplifund grants contract management system. Proposals received after this date will not be accepted. The intent of the grant program is to support new programs or projects that advance innovation by identifying and solving local problems in the areas of small business, technology, transportation, agriculture, local manufacturing, circular economy and tourism in Kauai County. Proposals submitted shall be reviewed and considered for the receipt of funding, to proposed projects or program budgets for applicant organizations. All proposals will be reviewed subject to the County of Kauai’s grant review process described in the RFP. Notification of approval for funding shall be made by March 8, 2021. The County of Kauai is now utilizing an online application process through the Amplifund Grants contract management system. All applications in response to solicitations in this notice must be completed and submitted via the Amplifund system. Questions regarding clarification of any information contained in the Solicitation of Proposals document, including all attachments, must be received in writing by email on or before December 18, 2020. The County of Kaua’i reserves the right to reject any proposal. There will be a workshop on the proposal and its process on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 from 3:00pm-4:30pm.
