The application forms may be downloaded from within the Finance – Nonprofit Grant Forms link on the County of Hawai’i’s website: http://www.hawaiicounty.gov/departments/finance/budget/nonprofit-grant-forms/ or obtained from the Department of Finance at 25 Aupuni Street, Suite 2103, Hilo, Hawai’i 96720. All completed applications shall be submitted to and received by the Department of Finance, at the above address, no later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday, January 29, 2021.
