NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED LAND USE WITHIN THE CONSERVATION DISTRICT
The Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR), State of Hawai’i, pursuant to Section 13-5-40, Hawai’i Administrative Rules, will hold a public hearing via Webinar on:
Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at 5 pm

to receive testimony on Conservation District Use Application (CDUA) OA-3858 for the Ala Moana Park Beach Restoration Project in urban Honolulu, O’ahu, on lands within TMKs (1) 2-3-037:001 and (1) 2-3-037:025, and makai of both parcels. A copy of the CDUA is available for inspection on the Office of Conservation and Coastal Lands’ website, dlnr.hawaii.gov/occl/current-applications.
Any person may testify or present information on the application. There are 2 ways to participate: online via internet and by written testimony. Online: Persons can present live oral testimony and pose questions via internet during the online public hearing. To participate you will need a computer with internet access and microphone. Written testimony: Persons can mail or email written testimony by November 20, 2020, to the Office of Conservation and Coastal Lands (OCCL), P.O. Box 621, Honolulu, Hawai’i 96809, or email to salvatore.j.saluga@hawaii.gov.
