NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED LAND USE WITHIN THE
The Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR), State of Hawai’i, pursuant to Section 13-5-40, Hawai’i Administrative Rules, will hold a public hearing via Webinar on:
Thursday, October 15, 2020 at 5 pm
to receive testimony on Conservation District Use Application (CDUA) HA-3869 for construction of a proposed access road located at the Kipahoehoe Natural Area Reserve, mauka of Highway 11, South Kona, Island of Hawai’i, Tax Map Keys: (3) 8-8-001:005. A copy of the CDUA is available for inspection on the Office of Conservation and Coastal Lands’ website, dlnr.hawaii.gov/occl/current-applications.
Any person may testify or present information on the application. There are 2 ways to participate: online via internet and by written testimony. Online: Persons can present live oral testimony and pose questions via internet during the online public hearing. To participate you will need a computer with internet access and microphone. Written testimony: Persons can mail or email written testimony by October 13, 2020, to the Office of Conservation and Coastal Lands (OCCL), P.O. Box 621, Honolulu, Hawaii 96809, or email to email@example.com.
