Notice of Public Hearing The Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation (HHFDC), State of Hawaii, will hold a statewide public hearing to accept comments on the existing Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC), and proposed amendments. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, HHFDC shall hold the public hearing remotely by conference call commencing at 9:30 AM HST on Friday, October 23, 2020. Interested members of the public are invited to submit written comments or to participate in the public hearing conference call by using the following toll free call-in number: Call in Number: (888) 482-3560 Participant Code: 5870602 The proposed QAP is to be effective for 2021. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and to state their views relative to the QAP, either orally or in writing. Those wishing to comment on the QAP during the conference call, are requested to give prior notice to HHFDC by sending an email to jocelyn.k.iwamasa@hawaii.gov no later than 4:30 PM HST the day before the hearing. HHFDC reserves the right to limit comments to 10 minutes per commentator.
