Notice of Funding Availability

HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS PROGRAM

The City and County of Honolulu’s Department of Community Services, through its Department of Budget and Fiscal Services Purchasing Division, is soliciting applications from qualified non-profit and for-profit agencies for the following programs:

HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS (HOME) PROGRAM, authorized by the Cranston-Gonzalez National Affordable Housing Act of 1990 (P.L. 101-625). Approximately $3,239,575.53 in combined funding for Fiscal Years 2018 – 2020 may be used for the acquisition, rehabilitation, and construction of affordable housing for households earning 60 percent or less of Honolulu’s Area Median Family Income.

Interested agencies may download the Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) packet at http://www.honolulu.gov/pur/default.html under the “Bids for Goods, Services and Concessions” link provided on the webpage.

Applications must be submitted to the Department of Budget and Fiscal Services, Division of Purchasing at Honolulu Hale, 530 South King Street, Room 115, Honolulu, Hawaii by the date and time as stated in the NOFA packet, as amended.
