Certificate of Need

The Agency has received the following certificate of need applications for administrative review: #20-09A from USRC Kalihi, LLC for the establishment of chronic renal dialysis services at 2055 N. King Street, Suite Nos. 100, 101, 201 and 203, Honolulu, HI, at a capital cost of $8,378,462; #20-11A from Castle Medical Center for hospital renovation to accommodate upgrades to its imaging department, at a capital cost of $9,581,924. Pursuant to Section 323D-44.5, Hawaii Revised Statutes, any interested person may request a public meeting on an application before the Agency renders its decision. Any request for a public meeting must be submitted in writing and directed to the Administrator, at the address provided below. Any such request must be received by the Agency within seven (7) days of the publication date of this notice by 4:30 p.m. HST.
