PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of public hearings to be held by the Department of Planning and Permitting of the City and County of Honolulu under Special Management Area Ordinance, Chapter 25, R.O.H., as amended, for the following applications at the date and time specified or soon thereafter (please note that R.O.H. Section 25-5.3(b), requiring public hearings to be held in the area in which the development is proposed, is waived under the Governor’s current emergency proclamation):

TESTIMONY
Pursuant to the Proclamations issued by Governor David Ige relating to the COVID-19 Pandemic, in order to allow participation in a matter consistent with social distancing practices the following procedures are in effect for the meeting.

In-person testimony will be accepted. All testifiers must wear a mask while on Mission Memorial premises or they will not be allowed in the Auditorium. Mayor’s Emergency Order 2020-07.

Attendance at the public hearing is not necessary to submit testimony. Written testimony to the Department prior to the hearing will be included with the transcript of the hearing and will be considered in the evaluation of the request.
