NOTICE OF DISPOSITION OF
IMPOUNDED VESSELS
Notice is given that the following vessels: Item No. 2025, “MAGANIS”, Reg. No. HA 4756 D, a 28′ fiberglass power boat; Item No. 2026, No Name, Registration unknown, a 20′ fiberglass sailing vessel; Item No. 2027, Reg. No. HA 4871 D, a 14′ fiberglass power boat; Item No. 2028, “EXPLORER”, Doc. No. 531631, a 51′ aluminum sailing vessel; Item No. 2029, No Name, Reg No. HA 2560 E, a 36′ fiberglass sailing vessel; Item No. 2030 “CATCH ME”, Reg. No. HA 9156 B, a 40′ fiberglass sailing vessel; Item No. 2031, “KOO KOO MANU, Reg. No. HA 1019 D, a 29′ fiberglass sailing vessel; Item No. 2032, “BLACK DOG”, Doc. No. 559976, a 47′ fiberglass sailing vessel; Item No. 2033, “NADIA”, Reg No. HA 6688 D, a 51′ fiberglass sailing vessel; Item No. 2034, No Name, Reg No. HA 4171 D, a 21′ fiberglass sailing vessel; Item No. 2035, “VIGILANT”, Reg. No. HA 5430 K, a 40′ fiberglass sailing vessel.
Item No. 2025, 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029, 2030, 2031, 2032, 2033, 2034 and 2035 have been impounded by the Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation, 4 Sand Island Access Road, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96819. Vessel Item No. 2025, 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029, 2030, 2031, 2032, 2033, 2034 and 2035 shall be disposed of as junk pursuant to Section 200-16, Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS). The person(s) entitled to possession may repossess and remove same prior to June 15, 2020 upon payment of all harbor use fees and impound related expenses incurred in connection with these vessels.
An owner of personal property on or within these impounded vessels may claim their personal property by making a written request to the Administrator of the Division of Boating & Ocean Recreation that includes satisfactory proof of ownership. Any personal property valued at less than $1,000.00 on or within these impounded vessels not claimed by July 15, 2020 shall be disposed of as junk. These vessels are under the custody of the Department of Land and Natural Resources. Trespassing is prohibited.
