NOTICE
The following Ordinance passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on May 6, 2020 and was subsequently approved by the Mayor:
Ordinance 20-6 [Bill 63 (2019), CD1] – To amend Chapter 21, Revised Ordinances of Honolulu 1990, as amended (The Land Use Ordinance), relating to condominium property regimes.
Anderson, Elefante, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan, Menor, Pine, Tsuneyoshi, Waters – 9.
The following Ordinance passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on May 6, 2020 and was returned May 20, 2020, without signature by the Mayor; therefore, pursuant to the City Charter became a duly enacted ordinance:
Ordinance 20-7 [Bill 50 (2019), CD2] – To amend Chapter 16, Revised Ordinances of Honolulu 1990, as amended, relating to the building code.
