LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE RULES & REGULATIONS OF THE LIQUOR CONTROL COMMISSION OF THE COUNTY OF KAUAI, STATE OF HAWAII Pursuant to law, notice is hereby given that the Liquor Control Commission of the County of Kauai, State of Hawaii, will hold a public hearing in Meeting Room #3 at the Lihue Civic Center, Mo’ikeha Building, 4444 Rice Street, Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii at 4:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter on Thursday, June 4, 2020, for the purpose of hearing all persons interested in the proposed amendments to the Rules & Regulations of the Kauai Liquor Control Commission. A summary of the proposed rule changes that affect the general operations of liquor licensees within the County of Kauai include repeal of certain restrictions, and addition of new language to clarify existing rules. All interested persons are afforded the opportunity to submit data, views, or arguments, and these may be filed in writing with the commission before the public hearing or presented orally at the public hearing. Copies of the proposed amendments are available at the Department of Liquor Control in the Lihue Civic Center, Mo’ikeha Building, 4444 Rice Street, Suite 120, Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii, during normal business hours. A copy of the proposed amendments will be mailed to any interested person who calls the Department of Liquor Control at 241-4967 or mails a request to the Department of Liquor Control at 4444 Rice Street, Suite 120, Lihue, HI 96766, giving his or her name and address.
