Public Hearing Cancellation Notice
For Proposed Adoption of Hawaii Administrative Rules
Chapter 13-60.9, Moomomi Community-Based Subsistence Fishing Area, Molokai

Due to social distancing recommendations associated with COVID-19, previously scheduled public hearings on the Moomomi Community-Based Subsistence Fishing Area (CBFSA) have been postponed. The Department of Land and Natural Resources will publicize rescheduling of these statewide meetings at a later date.
