VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. WW 573

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested persons regarding the following. Mr. Daniel Lee of the City and County of Honolulu’s Department of Environmental Services, has applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years from section 11-62-23.1(c)(1) of Hawaii Administrative Rules, “Wastewater Systems.”
Ms. Zhijun Zhou, P.E., Acting Branch Head of the Department of Environmental Services, Monitoring and Compliance Branch is the authorized agent to act for the applicant. This application is for the renewal of a variance for the Wahiawa Wastewater Treatment Plant that is located at 111 California Avenue, Wahiawa, Hawaii 96786 and TMK (1) 7-3-007:002.
