The following Ordinances passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on February 19, 2020 and were subsequently approved by the Mayor:

Ordinance 20-3 [Bill 34 (2019), CD2] – Relating to the Office of Climate Change, Sustainability and Resiliency.
Anderson, Elefante, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan, Menor, Pine, Tsuneyoshi, Waters – 9.

Ordinance 20-4 [Bill 64 (2019), CD1] – Relating to unlawful disposal of refuse or bulky waste.
