The Agency has received a request for a public information meeting on the following certificate of need application: #19-15A for administrative review from Mastercare, Inc. for the establishment of home health agency services at 210 Imi Kala Street, Suite 208, Wailuku, HI, at a capital cost of $45,600. The meeting will be held March 17, 2020, 1:30 p.m., at the Wailuku State Office Building, 54 South High Street, Video Conference Center 3rd Floor, Wailuku, HI. Certificate applications are reviewed according to the following criteria: relation to the state health services and facilities plan, need and accessibility, quality, cost and finances, relation to the existing health care system, and availability of resources.
