YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Defendant City and County of Honolulu (hereinafter referred to as the “City”) has filed a Cross-Claim Against Defendants LORENZO PINEDA GARRIDO; KRISTY KANANI MIYASHIRO-GARRIDO, etc.; Exhibit A; Summons filed herein on June 13, 2018 in Civil No. 18-1-0778-05 JHC on the foreclosure and sale of real property located at 91-1788 Pualoalo Place, Ewa Beach, Hawaii 96706, TMK No. (1) 9-1-089-059 to pay the total amount due to the City under the Shared Appreciation Equity provisions of the Deed which is more particularly described in the Cross-Claim filed heretofore and by reference made a part hereof.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Jeannette H. Castagnetti, Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, on Tuesday, the 14th day of April, 2020, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., of said day or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Lynn Y. Wakatsuki, Deputy Corporation Counsel, Defendant City and County of Honolulu’s attorney, whose address is 530 South King Street, Room 110, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Cross-Claim.
