IN AGGREGATE to the highest pre-qualified responsible and responsive bidder. Buyer will be responsible for all expenses relating to the packing, pickup, and removal of the LRT, support and towing gear and spares. Bidders must be pre-qualified as meeting export control requirements before their bids will be accpeted. Further information on the pre-qualification process, as well as bid forms and conditions of the bid will be available from and received in the Capital Asset Accounting Office, University of Hawaii, 1408 Campus Road, Room 46, Honolulu, HI 96822 until 2:30 pm, Friday, February 21, 2020.
