NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PROPOSED ROCK REVETMENT WITHIN THE CONSERVATION DISTRICT
The Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR), State of Hawai’i, pursuant to Chapter 183C, Hawaii Revised Statutes, will hold a public hearing in the County of Kaua’i to receive testimony on the proposed ‘Aliomanu Road Repair and Revetment Project, intended to repair ‘Aliomanu Road and to build a rock revetment on the makai side of the roadway to prevent further erosion damages to the roadway. The public hearing shall be held on:

The Office of Conservation and Coastal Lands (OCCL) is in the process of reviewing a Conservation District Use Application, CDUA KA-3856, for the ?Aliomanu Road Repair and Revetment Project located in Anahola at Tax Map Keys (4) 4-8-018: 028 & 029, and makai of both parcels. The application for the proposed project may be found on the OCCL website: http://dlnr.hawaii.gov/occl/current-applications/
Any person may testify or present information on the application. Disabled individuals planning to attend the hearing are asked to contact Salvatore Saluga of the DLNR’s Office of Conservation and Coastal Lands at (808) 587-0377 at least five days in advance of the public hearing to indicate if they have special needs which require accommodations.
