The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) is seeking professional services for the Honolulu Rail Transit Project’s State of Hawaii Department of Transportation and City and County of Honolulu Department of Transportation Services Traffic Management Coordination Professional Services Contract.
Sealed submittals in response to this Request for Qualifications are due no later then 2:00 p.m. HST, February 19, 2020 at the HART Project Office, 1099 Alakea Street, Suite 1700, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
