The Agency has received a request for a public information meeting on the following certificate of need application: #19-18A from USRC Hilo, LLC for the establishment of chronic renal dialysis services at 111 E. Puainako Street, Suite No. 655, Hilo, HI, at a capital cost of $15,406,824. The meeting will be held January 23, 2020, 1:00 p.m., at the Environmental Health Facility, EH Conference Room, 1582 Kamehameha Avenue, Hilo, HI. Certificate applications are reviewed according to the following criteria: relation to the state health services and facilities plan, need and accessibility, quality, cost and finances, relation to the existing health care system, and availability of resources.
