PUBLIC NOTICE
HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS (HOME) PROGRAM
Pursuant to the City and County of Honolulu’s (City) Citizen Participation Plan, the proposed amendments to the City’s Twenty-Third (23rd) and Twenty-Fourth (24th) Year Action Plans are provided for your information. The City desires to reprogram HOME program funds from a prior year project and appropriate HOME funds to a Fiscal Year 2018 project that can utilize the funds immediately, in order to achieve HOME program goals more efficiently and expediently. The City also desires to amend the project description for the Fiscal Year 2019 Honolulu Habitat for Humanity project. The proposed revisions to the following projects are provided for your information.
