NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City and County of Honolulu intends to lease City-owned properties for nominal rents as follows:
1. Alternative Structures International to provide permanent supportive housing for up to ten (10) single room occupancy (SRO) apartments. The building is located at 1531 D & E Kewalo Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96822, TMK: 2-4- 021:043. The lease rent to ASI for the property will be $100 per month for a five (5) year term.
2. ALEA Bridge to provide permanent affordable rental housing, transitional housing, or emergency shelter for homeless youth aged 18-24, and/or homeless families with minor dependent children. The building is located at 66-528 Haleiwa Road, Haleiwa, Hawaii 96712, TMK: 6-6-013:011. The lease rent to ALEA Bridge for the property will be $100 per month for a ten (10) year term.
In compliance with Section 28-3.5, Revised Ordinances of Honolulu, a public hearing for the leases of City properties will be held as follows:

All interested persons are invited to attend such hearing and to state their views relative to the proposed leases, either orally or in writing. Written comments may be addressed to Pamela A. Witty-Oakland, Director of the Department of Community Services, 925 Dillingham Boulevard, Suite 200, Honolulu, Hawaii 96817.
