YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the City and County of Honolulu, Plaintiff, has commenced an action in Civil No. 19-1-0181-02 09th Div. for the taking of an easement described as Parcel S-1 (TMK: 1-8-008 (por.)), for a public use being: Dowsett Highlands Relief Sewer – Jack Lane, situate at Nuuanu, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii. The aforesaid real property is more particularly described in Exhibit 1 attached to the Complaint filed heretofore and by reference made a part hereof.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable James C. McWhinnie, Fourth Floor, Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, on Tuesday, the 3rd day of December, 2019, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., of said day or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Rozelle A. Agag, Deputy Corporation Counsel, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 530 South King Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
