NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE DRAFT KAUAI SEABIRD HABITAT CONSERVATION PLAN

The Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR) Division of Forestry and Wildlife (DOFAW), State of Hawai’i, pursuant to Chapter 195D, Hawai’i Revised Statutes, will hold a public hearing to receive testimony on the Kauai Seabird Habitat Conservation Plan (HCP). The public is encouraged to comment on the draft HCP, which can be found here: dlnr.hawaii.gov/wildlife/hcp/draft-hcps
The appointed Hearing Officer will be Jim Cogswell, DOFAW Wildlife Manager, or a substitution as needed to conduct the public hearing.
