No. HA 3758 F, a 29′ sunken fiberglass sailing vessel; Item No. 1853, “LYNELL”, Doc. No. 505874, a 42′ wooden powerboat; Item No. 1856, “FALKA”, Reg. No. HA 3338 K, a 32′ fiberglass sailing vessel; Item No. 1857, “PAKALOLO”, Reg. No. HA 9939 B, a 27′ fiberglass sailing vessel; Item No. 1901, “LUCKY STRIKE”, Reg. No. HA 7828 D, a 26′ fiberglass powerboat with a trailer; Item No. 1903, No Name, Reg. No. HA 7473, a 22′ fiberglass powerboat; Item No. 1904, No Name, Decal #R41904, a 25′ rusted trailer; Item No. 1905, No Name, Decal #J06592, a 25′ rusted trailer; Item No. 1906, No Name, Unknown Registration, submerged unknown type of vessel; Item No. 1907, No Name, No Registration, a 25′ rusted trailer; Item No. 1909, No Name, No Registration, a 8′ inflatable dinghy; Item No. 1910, “SWEET CAROLINE”, Reg. No. HA 1798 C, a 22′ fiberglass sailing vessel; Item No. 1911, “POPPY”, Reg. No. HA 9988 B, a 33′ fiberglass sailing vessel; Item No. 1912, “STORMY PETREL”, Reg. No. HA 6818 F, a 39′ fiberglass sailing vessel; Item No. 1913, “REACTOR”, Reg. No. HA 9302 D, a 30′ fiberglass sailing vessel; Item No. 1914, “MARTIGRE”, Doc. No. 634425, a 33′ sunken fiberglass sailing vessel; Item No. 1915, “CLASS CLOWN”, Reg. No. HA 5363 C, a 28′ fiberglass sailing vessel; Item No. 1916, “JIB SEA RUNNER”, Doc. No. 1068593, a 38′ fiberglass sailing vessel; Item No. 1917, “KEY LARGO”, Reg. No. HA 3086 F, a 23′ fiberglass sailing vessel; Item No. 1918, No Name, No Registration, a 22′ rusted trailer.
Items No. 1849, 1852, 1853, 1856, 1857, 1901, 1903, 1904, 1905, 1906, 1907, 1909, 1910, 1911, 1912, 1913, 1914, 1915, 1916, 1917 and 1918; have been impounded by the Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation, 4 Sand Island Access Road, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96819.
Vessel Item No.; 1849, 1852, 1853, 1856, 1857, 1901, 1903, 1904, 1905, 1906, 1907, 1909, 1910, 1911, 1912, 1913, 1914, 1915, 1916, 1917 and 1918 shall be disposed of as junk pursuant to Section 200-16 and 200-41, Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS). The person(s) entitled to possession may repossess and remove same prior to August 24, 2019 upon payment of all harbor use fees and impound related expenses incurred in connection with these vessels.
An owner of personal property on or within these impounded vessels may claim their personal property by making a written request to the Administrator of the Division of Boating & Ocean Recreation that includes satisfactory proof of ownership. Any personal property valued at less than $1,000.00 on or within these impounded vessels not claimed by August 24, 2019 shall be disposed of as junk. These vessels are under the custody of the Department of Land and Natural Resources. Trespassing is prohibited.
