PUBLIC NOTICE REVISION
HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS (HOME) PROGRAM
On November 7, 2018, the City and County of Honolulu (City) published a Public Notice in the Honolulu Star-Advertiser proposing to reprogram HOME funds to property acquisition project(s) that could utilize the funds immediately, in order to achieve the HOME program goals more efficiently and expediently. On March 14, 2019, the City issued a revision to the Public Notice to identify a property on Citron Street as a potential acquisition project. The City is issuing a revision to the March 14, 2019 public notice to identify an additional property acquisition project as described below.

Project Description: Acquisition of a duplex, located in Makiki, which will provide twelve (12) Single Room Occupancy housing units for
low-income special needs housing
