The Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR), State of Hawai`i, pursuant to Chapter 183C, Hawai’i Revised Statutes, will hold a public hearing in Hawaii County to receive testimony on the following:
Conservation District Use Application (CDUA) HA-3843 for the proposed offshore macroalgae demonstration project on submerged lands 1.5 miles SSE of Kaiwi Point, North Kona, Hawai’i
