The following Ordinances passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on May 8, 2019 and were subsequently approved by the Mayor:

Ordinance 19-8 [Bill 7 (2019), CD2, FD1] – Relating to affordable rental housing.
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Elefante, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan, Menor, Pine, Tsuneyoshi, Waters– 9.

Ordinance 19-9 [Bill 8 (2019)] – Relating to parades and activities on streets.
